Well if he comes top he will have Doherty, Robertson, Swail, Bond and probably Drago. If he comes 2nd he will have O'Sullivan, Davis, Holt, Fu and probably Cope.

I am very happy with Judd Performance. But really dissappointed by Dale and Pengfei.

Hope to see Judd do better!

Cope and Judd are too good, they deserve to go through. Do the winners of the group get to the televised stages?
I love the game of snooker :) (even though my mates think that its just a load of balls :D )

Jimmy ran out of pot, wetn up in flames! (see article)

                FLAMING NUISANCE
                02 Oct 2006 11:04:00

The Royal London Watches Grand Prix qualifiers were disrupted for over two hours on Sunday when Pontin's was struck by fire.

The blaze at the Prestatyn venue started in the dressing rooms behind the stage area. The fire alarm went off at 4.20pm and play on the eight tables in the World Snooker Centre was brought to a halt as the building was evacuated.

Three fire engines arrived to deal with the flames. Players and officials as well as holiday-makers at the camp waited in chalets or sheltered in cars when rain began pouring down.

Play resumed at 6.30pm and the day’s round robin matches were completed at 11.30pm - almost a case of officials burning the midnight oil

Some interesting and challenging scenarios there. Particularly for Parrot - the pressure is really on him to win in his last match - and its against Judd who has won them all. Drago also has a tight battle for second place in group 3.

                            • So if Jimmy wins his last two matches, and Tom Ford loses all three of his last three matches, can he still progress?

Jimmy only has 1 match left - he has played 5 out of 6. So if he won that and Ford and Allen lost the rest of theirs, Jimmy's only hope would be on frames won and lost. I doubt his scores there woould be better than Ford's or Allen's.

In other words his chances are kind of ranging from slim chance to no chance.
