Just a quick survey: who is going to watch Grand Prix snooker at Aberdeen? Maybe we could meet up there, I am almost decided about going.

Kellie-text and I will be at the evening semi-final and all day at the final. We will probably do the Friday evening as well.

Would be great to meet you!

Well, I am thinking about semifinals and the final. So I'd arrive Friday evening and leave on Monday morning. I still have to book the tickets. As I understand they are sending them by post, but actually I worry about that a little because what if they arrive too late?

ask them for comfirmation of your booking by phone or e-mail (if by phone get a name and reference number. if by e-mail, print it out)

take proof with you of how you paid for the tickets (bank statement showing the withdrawl)

Sounds good to me, Semih. Thanks, I'll try to do how you said!

And, of course, hope you are coming too!

April if you book them in the next couple of days you should be fine
ours only took about 2 or 3 days to arrive. Where will you be traveling from?

From Latvia. I guess they should be fine, maybe that will take a couple of days more, but should be ok.

oh sorry i did not realise you had that far to travel - i'm sure they will hold them at the ticket office for you to collect when you get there.

....and if they do that for you make sure you take along the reference of your booking, and your proof of payment for backup.

                        No, driving.

Staying overnight at Kellie's, then Stirling on the Thursday. Going back possibly via the west coast Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.

A long way to go, so good to do some sightseeing while there!

Good though that Eurosport has such a major coverage this time, over 60 hours live in just 9 days!!

Nothing can beat a live visit. Just 2 months to go for the UK. Only tickets to get! Without Paul though, which dampens my enthousiasm.
