Stevens has to lose 3-0 and O Brien win 3-0 for Stevens to go out.

So it looks like its gonna happen

There are actually some matches left with more significance than people may think.

Eg: The winner of Davis/Fu will come fourth and therefore get the next tier of ranking points.

Same is true for Hawkins vs Dale, maybe Hendry and Wenbo.

most liekly a few others. Me thinks the players with the better maths skills may try harder than people will realise.

Why are they showing David Gray vs. Tom Ford on the other TV-table? Has any of them a chance to progress? Surely Steve Davis vs. Marco Fu would attract a lager audience.

Milkins could be a very good outside bet to win this. 100% record so far and has Cope in the next round. Has been to a later stage of a tournament before.

However I wouldn't put money on him winning it.

Hendry suffers 4th straight defeat losing 3-0 to Liang Wenbo

Liang's 3-0 win puts O'Brien out of the Grand Prix as it creates a 3 way tie for 2nd place. Even if O'Brien wins 3-0 (2-0 up already) Selby will go through on a superior Frame differance

I believe a 3-0 victory to Hicks over Stevens will put O Brien through if he also wins 3-0
