I have seen Mcmanus last time at the Masters. It was interesting to see his cue action as he lifts his cue just before releasing the cue. His play could not lift my spirits though. I am not one for only fast breaks, whallop and its over. And King played very poorly yesterday, missing the easiest of reds. I dont know where Higgins was. Never seen him so far off the mark. it looked like a local snooker match.
exactly...even the best have off days, just like higgins, so id watch any of the 4 whove done what they had to do to get there (qualify and beat the opponent in front of them)
also, for the record, i didnt say YOU onl wanted to watch fast frame winning breaks. i said not everyone!
There is no doubt about the respect i will give to any player reaching a final. I also defended Dott when he became a world champion. Lots of people calling him a poor champion, judging him solely on the final. They all seem to forget he beat Robertson (on a decider) and ROS in the semis and kept his nerves when Ebdon nearly came back.
