Ok the way I see it the groups are currently like this:
(again I am sorry if such a thread exists in the questions or lounge section)
Group A
Higgins is through whatever happens can be first or second though first is most likely.
Hawkins is out
Mcmanus will go through if he wins both matches however will still go out if he wins both 3-2. He will win the group if he has two 3-0 victories but can top the group with a 3-1 win over higgins provided he beats Wattana 3-0
Wattana is out
Dale is out
Kachaiwong is through if Mcmanus loses a match or plays ten frames. Can only come second.
So its Higgins plus Kachaiwong or Mcmanus
Group B
Michael Judge is out
Day is through if he wins a game as FD will be superior
If King Or Murphy win both their matches Jones Is out
Jones must beat everyone to stand a chance
Carter has to beat Murphy to stand a chance
If Murphy wins both games 3-0 he is through
Basically very open group
Anyone except Judge can qualify
Group C
O Sullivan is group winner
If Holt beats Cope he is through. He can go out if it comes down to head to head if Cope as that will mean he has lost to him. Can also go out if he loses and Roe has big wins
Davis is out
Fu is out
If Cope wins both games he is through as long as O Sullivan beats Roe If Roe beats O Sullivan then he needs heavy wins especially against Holt.
If Roe wins both games 3-0 and Holt loses to Cope he is through. Can go through with smaller victories depending on the margin of Cope required victory over Holt
Ronnie wins group Holt, Cope or Roe can come second
Group D
If Doherty beats Swail he is through If he loses he is out.
If he Beats Davison he is Through, If Swail beats Doherty he is through regardless.
Bond is Out
If Swail Beats Doherty he is through. If Davison beats Robertson he is through regardless of result against Doherty
Trump is out
Davison is out
It is two from Doherty, Robertson and Swail
Group E
Stevens, Selby and O Brien still capable of four wins but only a maximun of two of them can achieve this. So anyone with 4 wins goes through.
Hicks is out
Hendry must win both games to stand a chance but if Selby and Stevens both win twice more it will not be enough
Wengo must beat Hendry and hope for similar circumstances
Therefore anyone can still qualify except Hicks
Group F
Williams has withdrawn
If Lee wins both mathces he is through can feasably qualify by just beating Hull
Must win both matches and hope things go his way If Hull beats McCulloch he is out
McCulloch is through as his FD is too good to go out
Greene can go through if he beats Bingham and Hull loses both games
If Hull wins both games he is through. Can again go through with just one more victory
It is possible for three players to finish on two wins behind McCulloch so not much is clear
McCulloch is through nobody is definately out
Group G
Ebdon Must win all Three games to stand a chance but needs at least Gray to lose both his games or Milkins to lose at least two of his last three games and it still may not be enough.
Hamilton is out bar everyone else spraining their wrists
If Gray wins both games left he is through. One could well be enough.
If Milkins wins all remaining games he is through although two may well be enough.
If Ford wins all his remaining games he is through.
If Woolaston wins all his remaining games he is through
With Four players still capable of getting four wins it seems three will not be enough to qualify from this group. Leaving Ebdon in big trouble.
However only Hamilton is certainly out.
Group H
Dott Must beat Norman and hope that Perry and Ding drop matches but it still may not be enough,
Maguire must beat Ding and hope Perry loses at least one game. Still may not be enough.
If Perry wins Both remaing matches he is through. Can qualify with two out of three if Ding also loses a game but not guarenteed.
If Ding wins all three matches he is through can qualify with two wins if Perry drops a game but not guarenteed.
If Norman beats Dott he is through. Can qualify if he loses
Allen is out.
By my working If Dott beats Norman, Maguire beats Ding, Perry beats Allen, Ding beats Perry and Ding beats Allen then five players will finish with three wins so anything is feasable.
All that is certain: Allen is out.
I apologise for mistakes and hope this doesnt exist elsewhere and this did take forever to do so if other matches have finished sorry. THis was done mostly for me but if it helps someone else then great.
