Seating orders at The Grand Prix?

Can anyone (Cessy, Statsman, Kellie or anyone else) who went to Aberdeen, clarify to me if there have been any orders to sit at the baulk end? I noticed tonight that there is no one sitting on the right side of the table and everyone is pushed into the baulk end.

Yes, I know that. They did it in The Sheffield final as well. They asked people to sit on the lower rows. But it seems if everyone is ordered to sit on the baulk side, while most people prefer to sit on the right or left side of the table. I would like to know if marching orders were given!
