Oh no, Carter is out! He was doing so well, I thought he would go far in this tourney.
And not looking good for Higgins either.
I think maybe I jinxed them both by saying I was going to cheer for them now that Matt was out...
Very glad to see another chinese doing well, Maguire is a big scalp to take. Also Swail Fu through, nice to see as well. Murphy looking quite solid, his match against Ebdon will be a close one I think.
MissS: Could you please consider joining Hegeland in cheering for Murf?
Well,I don't really have any favs left in this tourney, so I don't really care who wins anymore.... as long as it's not Murf, so I guess I'll have to cheer for him now, in order to jinx him ....urgh!
So where is our special fan then? Liu Song, the future world champion, China will rule the world etc....
Which match is going to be the most exciting in the quarters?
For me personally none of these are really interesting, if O'Sullivan is in the mood he'll outplay Swail, Ebdon-Murphy I don't want to watch because of the players, so these leaves the "outsider" matches. I am not quite sure which one I'd prefer there...
Ein jedes Werkzeug ist ein Tand in eines tumben Toren Hand.
exactly my thoughts when i saw the results this morning .
So China bt. Scotland last night , no way i would of imagined that, considering the way Higgins and Mags both played in round robin i saw them as winners . Well done for Fu and Liu , an interesting quarter-final.
Needless to say my predictions are a total mess now that Carter , Walden , Higgins and Mags are out .
Difficult match for Ronnie , hope he improved his long shot over night ..Mon the Rocket!
