i m a bit surprised by Ding's results so far , i havent seen him playing , but i expected him to do better. Was just a bad day ..or he has a serious problem there...And i thought he's back on track after he won ag. Ronnie in PL.
Have to say i liked Tom Ford , the way he played against Ron - fantastic long pot - all in all a good match. I couldnt have been happier with the result , but most important is i liked the Ronnie i saw playing last night.

I don't think Ding played that bad against Fu who was very impressive. Ding was unlucky at times. His long potting and safety let him down and Fu left him few chances. At least he didn't let his head drop as in previous occations. Interesting to see how he plays his remaining matches knowing that he has only a slim chance of qualifying.

Ronnie and Ford's match was excellent to watch.

4-0 Neil Roberson - Joe Perry
0-4 Stephen Lee - Jimmy Michie
4-0 Joe Swail - Mark Davis (Joe's leading his group now)
4-1 Peter Ebdon - Matthew Stevens (so is Ebdon)
4-1 Mark Selby - Liu Song (but I guess he'll be out anyway)
4-1 Dave Harold - Joe Delaney

and, yes, Elvaago, as 4-0/1 scorelines

Good start for Ding today 4:0, maybe he just had a bad day yesterday? Is there any chance to qualify after losing 2 matches?

Yes, but it's going to depend on the rest of the group results.

Dom never really got into the match with Ronnie, it seemed, and Ebdon pretty much walzed over Matthew. It looks to me like Ronnie needs to get the break going before he is comfortable on the table, but once he gets there... well, the wins so far speak for themselves, I suppose.

Indeed , good for Ding . Gee a lot of whitewashes in this first round of the GP ... Think Ding might have chances to qualify , but guess he has to win the matches left . I havent done the maths tho...

Wearing Mark's waistcoat has been lucky for Ronnie so far, he should consider buying it or borrow it from Mark more often, even if is a bit to large for him.

Very well done indeed! The commentaors on Eurosport said that it wasn't on a televised table, that would be a shame..

                          Well done Tom Ford.
Shame that he has no chance to qualify even though he won his match against Steve Davis 4-0.
He lost all his previous matches in a decider.

                            Well done to Tom Ford!

Does anyone have any coverage (that he or she could maybe upload to youtube) of Ronnie's match against Dominic Dale today? I've found videos of his matches against Ford and Joyce but nothing from this afternoon... Can anybody help?
