  • I thought O'Sullivan kept his discipline very well. He was playing poorly but stuck at it and now I expect him to win.

    • Dave Harold in 6th frame was attempting 147 break.
He has 104 and missed red to middle.
      Anyway is 3-3.
      C'mon Dave!

I thought so too, looked as if he was doing whatever it takes to get him over the line. Had two excellent snooker escapes in 5th or was it 6th frame I especially liked the one where he was snookered behind the blue & the last red was somewhere around the black spot

          • I just started watching. Can anyone recap what happened in the first frame of the Shaun Murphy match ? Is Shaun's run of poor form continuing ?

Sorry, watching King V Parrott. Both players look in good form, so this should be a classic. King was very fluent in that first frame and can beat anyone when in this mood

              • Seriously, the rest of you should turn off the other match and watch King and Parrott fighting it out. King came back from 0-50 down in the second frame to go ahead, then missed a brown. Parrott eventually cleared up to level. It's shaping up to be a classic

Superb plant from King to keep the break going. It should be 2-1 very soon. King isn't messing about tonight

Another plant from King clinches the 3rd frame. Davis alluded to how well King is playing tonight in commentary. He'll beat anyone when in this mood

Murphy was miserable in the first two frames, just like Ronnie was earlier today. Question is, though, can he win five in a row now?

                  • This fourth frame is a safety exchange so far. The reds are nicely spread so if King gets a chance, i think he'll win the frame

He missed an easy brown off the spot, unforgivable at this level, even Parrot should punish him for the mistakes he is making.
I love the game of snooker :) (even though my mates think that its just a load of balls :D )

                      • I'm quite impressed with some of the shots Gunnell has played having never ever seen him play before, also does anyone know whats happened to hawk eye? a few times a situation has come up were i've thought the viewer would benefit from a hawk eye view.
After 15 reds and 15 blacks i did this http://youtu.be/DupuczMS2o4

                        • As difficult a snooker as you're likely to get. King found himself by the brown tight near the cusion with the reds spread down the other end. Parrott puts him back when he could have potted a red

Hit and hope you get it safe from King at the second attempt. Parrott in.

Poor position on the pink from Parrott leads to a miss. King back in

Parrott pots a long blue, but should have rolled the pink in. King can still level

King doubles the pink and does level. A black ball re-spot

But it's the Parrott who has the final say. He pots a long black to level the scores. 2-2 at the interval

                          • Parrot is playing bad, but still makes it 2-2

                            • Huge drama in the King-Parrott match, Parrott will be relieved after taking the 4th frame on a respotted black to level at 2-2

Certainly seems the case tallboy. Adrian Gunnell leads 3-1. The winner to face The Boss in the next round

I'm sure Steve will quite happy with Adrian Gunnell in the next round
