    Sunday's final:
    (best of 17 frames)

    1430 & 2000 BST

John Higgins (Sco) v Ryan Day (Wal)

Ryan Day is through to his third ranking event final after a terrific 6-5 victory over Ali Carter last night and hes to play john higgins who is just one match away from winning his first ranking event on Scottish soil following a 6-4 defeat of Judd Trump. Looks like we are in for a good final!

Hopefully it will be as good as the two semis from yesterday. :snooker:

I can't see Higgins not taking it... playing at home, lots of experience in finals and scoring consistently like he is. Of course I could be wrong.

Nervy from both, even more so from Ryan.

Ryan Day is so frustrating to watch...he always lets the occasion get to him. Maybe I was harsh calling him a bottler a few days ago, but he's never won a ranking event and he has been around for a while..........

This looks to be a little bit of letdown after the fireworks that the semifinal was.
Robbo's potting is so good he doesn't need to bother with positional play like the rest of the players. He laughs in the face of those who spend hours on the practice table perfecting their cue ball control! ~ Forman

Now it´s really uphill for Ryan Day, he should have taken that frame. 7 - 2.

Ryan needed that frame. Hope he gets some confidence back . 7-4.

He's done well to keep his head up, in the face of some terrible run of the ball. hope he wins the next couple, then we may finally have a match...

Why are we being shown Maguire & Sullivan match in the mid-session?

I can think of more suitable ones, esp. since the beginning of the evening´s semifinal wasn´t even shown on ES.

Are Scottish schools on holiday or has "Young Anthony" skived off the whole week?
