  • Robert got what he deserved, You can't miss such an easy frame ball in a quarterfinal match against Mark Williams.
By the way, when is the draw folks?

    • Pretty good performance that from Mark but was never really tested to the full.

Disappointing not to see Milkins make it more of a match, but the experience will stand him in good stead for the future..

      • Is Peter deliberatly slowing up the pace here? It took him 5 minutes for a red and pink.

We already got it before the session started

          Higgins vs Robertson

          Williams vs Ebdon/Ding
          All the way Mark J!!

            And mine as well.

Milkins had his chances, but Williams stole a couple of frames in no time. But tough opponent for him tomorrow.

Concentrating on Ding-Ebdon now, and both players have that look about them. That "I'm here to win the title" look, which is great to see in Ding. There won't be any outsiders in the SF, that's for sure.

Yeah, whoever wins that match, we'll be up for two superb semis and it will be a 4-man race for the trophy

              • It will be interesting to see Williams up against a top class oponent. He has sneaked through this tournament as a result of the open draw.

                • Thanks for the link, it is stable but the volume is really low. Does anyone have a link with commentary by any chance?

Fingers crossed for Ding, he is long due a bit of form and if he has a few more good tournaments he could be in with a shot at the WC and give him some much needed points in the rankings

                  • What a kick for Ebdon! It allways happens in an important moment.

Peter needs the points desperatly as well. That's why he is so carefull and takes his time on the shots.

                          • Ding is such a great plain ball potter, almost like Stephen Hendry. He barely used side this whole evening. But that didn't help him develop the cluster of three reds proprly, and gone out of position.

                            • Going to be tough now for Ebdon to have any chance winning this match now as he goes 2-4 behind.

                              • Ebdon has just missed a couple, and it's not enough to stay with Ding tonight. Not over yet though, could still finish well over midnight.
