Disappointing match in the end, Williams just didn't play at all. Ding wasn't really tested, so it's hard to say if he has another gear. But based on what we've seen today, Robertson is the favourite.

Congrats to Ding. I hoped the standard would've been higher in this match but that's the way it went this time. Apart from the 142 by Williams in the first frame it was pretty scrappy.

After a superb 142, it must be quite disappointing to lose out 6-1. But this is not the first time Mark gets a heavy defeat, and he will be looking into the next tournament confidently.. Good work for whole event Mark ..

As for Ding, apart from an unreal brown, he hasn't been at his best, I mean, Mark had his chances there, but he couldn't get going, so Ding capitalised on his mistakes. Still, he was solid and a player in Robbo's style can't stop him in my opinion. They're brilliant attackers, but if I am to compare, I would give Ding the edge..Will be cheering on him tomorrow ..

the first frame was really vintage williams, one of the best breaks i've seen.. it appered completely effortless..

then it was downhill, simply missed too much... im happy though, wanted a rob - ding final
