I thought Murphy did ok - he didn't do much wrong, but Ding is indeed scoring heavily.

Trump was better yes, especially defensively (apart from that last snooker attempt..)
But as you said, Allen just had to prove the "more mature player" cliché and finished the job.

Unusual to hear Allen called the more mature player at 22! but yes he has slightly more experience, but Trump has been playing since he was a nipper making records for youngest century and 147 at the time.

Mark Allen still needs to step up a gear, but he did what he needed and there are plenty of matches this season where players fluff chances (Perry about 4 times against Ronnie lost when he should have won given his chances) However, that's part of the game.

I thing Selby will win convincingly tonight - He has played well this season and been beat in some of the highest standard matches of the season (which has been low standard on the whole)

I would not agree with that i think ronnie and perry match was the best till now and as for selby vs walden i was looking forward to this match but walden he is taking so long that its getting boring and i am actually am getting to a point where i dont wanna watch it.
