Should a foul have been called?

In the last frame Mark Allen hit the ball too slow (using the spider) and merely as a joke wanted to help the red to blow it forward. He was still holding the rest, so still in play. Should Jan Verhaas have called a foul?

I know in cricket there are certain rules where interference is penalized (like handling the cricket ball is given out when a batsman tries to stop the ball hitting the stumps with his hands)

Any rules in snooker on this one?

The frame was in the Snookers required stage after this miss, and the ball was'nt even close to the pocket, if the frame was still live and the ball was hanging over the pocket and he blew and it barely just drops in then the ref would surely call a foul you would think, saying that how many people could blow a ball in the pocket thats hanging in the jaws from 5 feet?

Yes, you are right, it cant be done in real life, I am just curious what the rule book states in theory

I didn't see the incident, but assuming it was a genuine joke, I guess it didn't threaten to actually move the ball?

Otherwise, it is a Foul to touch/move a ball other than the cue-ball with the tip of the cue, so it would come under that, the same as touching a ball with the sleeve etc.
