  • Just goes to show, when Robertson is playing his 100% game, he can beat Ronnie quite easily.

      • Top notch stuff. If it continues like this it might even top the Murphy-Hendry match.

Big difference between 4-1 and 3-2 now...

That's only if Ronnie does not bring his best. I remember Mark Williams struggling against Ronnie O'Sullivan, even at his devastating peak.. Generally Ronnie holds a good record over any attacking player..

Good match and I hope it will get better for Ronnie after the interval
            All the way Mark J!!

              • Anyone knows where is Ronnie's purple waistcoat and cue?

I did not see 1st frame, I'm sure the most creative commentator Mr.Sinitsin would have come up with something. Arghhh.

                • Great composure by O'Sullivan to take the fourth frame in the manner that he did...it keeps his hopes alive, i still think this match has all the potential of going to a deciding frame..

I'm not at the telly at the moment, but if there's no purple cue, well, then that's stupid. Why to tell in interviews that you'll play with purple cue if you don't.

                      It can't be called promotion...

I have to disagree with you. That was years ago, and past merits has no bearing on the Ronnie of today. His long game isn't there anymore, against the young top players he's fighting an uphill battle these days.
