I think maybe some of those links above may have come from there. I have tested a couple of the Chinese ones and they are running atm.
I have spent a fair amount of time searching around the net for streams of all sorts of sports so I am OK at finding them. As I find good English language ones I will try to post them here.
You can almost certainly get a Chinese language stream from there, sometimes with and sometimes without a bit of software to play it. Myp2p.eu has guides on using the software and where to download etc.
In my experience (from previous snooker tournaments) you will probably be able to get ~80% of the tourney in English.
I have no other option here in Australia but to watch it online.Comment
