Who's the black woman? Was on tv screens as spectator in frame 1 or 2, and now was interviewed by BBC as MSI, but the stream is freezing so badly I nearly did not hear anything but "I like youngsters"

What is it with some (most?) players in these Masters: Maguire, Ebdon, Ronnie (?) need some frames before they get going?
Good for those who did not start get going too late.. but can't be they come to the table 'cold' - haven't practiced right before the match for a while?
