Brilliant match, I really enjoyed it. Allen got in a good position in a few frames, but he played a daft shot, and that cost him.

Well done to both players.

Should have won 6-4 but when he lost that frame it was almost clear that "Mr Masters decider" will get it

It was a good match last night but i felt that Selby used the same methods that he does against ronnie, making the last frames scrappy and even taking a while over some simple shots, one on a yellow/ or red near the yellow comes to mind.

I think Allen had a chance when he went 5-4 up but selby knows how to play and he can make some good pots but I wish Allen had gone through instead.

The match was a lot of fun to watch also but I do wish there were mics on the players or at least one above the table to catch what they say as it is often missed on the tv.

My best shot was Allen on the last black in fram 5/6 when he went round the table and moved the black right into the corner pocket and it took me a second to see where it went but it was a shame he missed it.

I hope he manages to stay in the top16 and with him and Wenbo in the top16 it should make some good matches next season.
