I'm ok with African Cup of Nations, but they stopped the coverage of a snooker match to televise Benin-Malawi
Ivory Coast-Ghana is acceptable, or Algeria-Egypt.. But why not choosing the games more spesifically and make both sides happy? It's all down to agreements, though. They don't have an option to do so, which leaves European snooker fans in desperacy..All the way Mark J!!

I had heard of those countries, but have no idea where they stand on the world map..
Also, I agree that it's a big event for Europe, though, there is one thing that I find hard to understand.
Eurosport has had no live coverage for World Cup 2006 or Euro 2008, and it's almost certain that this will not be changing in anytime soon.. So, why do they pass over the most important events of modern football and insist on televising group stages of African Cup of Nations? I mean, I've had chances to have a look at some matches there, and didn't enjoy them, as there was some scrappy football, equivalent to Maguire v. King in snooker
Same again they cover the pre-Wimbledon tournaments in tennis and not the event itselfAll the way Mark J!!

The Premier league is one of the best competitions in the world but doesn't reflect the strength of Brittish football, as you can see in the national teamI saw that going differently in my mind

But the African Cup must be pretty cheap because nobody is really after those rights.
