That's the second whitewash he suffers in a week, after Ding won their match 6-0 in the Premier League.

Fat chance. Ronnie is playing at the same time.

@April: I know, but it doesn't seem like he's been having much of an impact on the match, other than possibly slowing it down, that is

Well, his days in the top group(s) are numbered anyway. What kind of results does he need to stay in the top 32? At least he won 1 match here

        • If he keeps making last 16's he will stay in the top 16 probably. He was provisionally 19 before the event so he may be back in the 16.

That is true. But for some reason I want him to play better than he actually does and I am just disappointed the way he lost today i guess.
I saw that going differently in my mind

Just thought I would backtrack on this thread. Was watching this match last night and it seemed to upset Tom Ford at the time.

I was glued to the rest of the match afterwards!

Indeed, 5-0. but from live score it looked like a scrappy match, no really big breaks or one visit frames.

                      • Is the Live Score working for you lot? It keeps switching pictures and scores here. Right now Stephen Maguire looks a lot like Ali Carter sliding sideways and Ding just had 108, but is now back on 5, though he looks strangely like his hero.

                              • Am I right in thinking that we've got:

                                Murphy v Hendry 1-0
                                Junhui v Maguire 1-0
                                ROS v Carter 2-0
