  • With the momentum going with Gray it would be no surprise him winning the deciding frame

      • Well done to jamie Cope considering David Gray won the last 3 frames!

        • Ken's safety has been a joy to watch, more than all in this match.

Also listening to Joe Johnson's comments for the first time, the guy seems to always have a perfect read of the game. I am liking him.

          • Ken's safety game is usually very sound most of the time but his cue ball control has not been good as it usually is! Still even playing his B game he's doing enough to keep Greene at bay

            • Poor showing for the Irish - only one Irish man guaranteed of going through and that's all there will be in the next round. His reward: a ramming by O'Sullivan...

              • Yes i cant see Ken Doherty beat Ronnie but being the great match-player Ken is i'm sure he will give Ronnie a tough game. Let's hope it's a classic

                • Anyone know when the Hendry and O'Sullivan matches are for the second round? and, if so, anywhere I could see either of these games online?

                  -Thanks a bunch

                  P.S.: Go Stephen!

                  • It will be interesting to see how well Graeme Dott plays. In trying to put to rest his personal demons from last season he may end up putting too much pressure on himself.

To me is a surprise to see Rory in the final stages.. cause this didnt happen since he beat Paul Hunter in his last match at the Worlds years ago..as far as i can remember ..

O'Sullivan is playing Doherty on saturday and Stephen Hendry will be on tonight. I guess you should try http://www.tg4.tv/ for on-line broadcast during match time.

It's indeed a surprise to see a black guy playing snooker! I guess we haven't had that many (if any at all) before.

                          • last year Rory played in Royal London Watches Grand Prix group stages. he won 3 of 5 matches (Hawkins , Cope, Davies), but didn't qualify for knockout stage.
