    • Congratulations to Mark! :snooker:

From what I saw of it he was quite consistant throughout, what a great way to start the season

Also well played by Jamie Cope, I hope this run boosts his confidence a bit I have to say I do like the lad! :snooker:

        • The 2,000 points are to their official ranking. The PTC itself is ranked on an order of merit, so by the amount of money won, not points.

Who do I need to ask for permission to use those photos of Mark with the trophy by the way?

that pic will be Victoria's from 110sport. Only she and I took photos and mine are still on the camera as I've only just got home. Couldn't take them off in Sheffield cos naturally I'd left the camera lead at home!

Maybe just as well, sounds like you have had enough on your plate without having to deal with photos as well. Though I guess it might have kept you awake during the early hours

                  • No, the PTC events are not televised.
But the final stages in March 2011 will be televised.

                      • I know Reanne Evans has entered - and I understand that Davy Morris should be there too.

Be interesting to see how many other main tour players who missed event 1 will be playing (and also who if any who played in event 1 hasn't entered event 2)

Hope Chinese boys Ding and Liang will be there for this one

                          • I reckon the vast majority of pro players will enter the 2nd PTC event. They've had a lot more time to enter and most serious players will have taken their holiday by now. In any other season, they would have probably been on the practice table by now after the off season break.

                            I'm estimating around 160-170 entrants.

dont forget some of the amataurs that lost first round of PTC1 might not be able to afford another £100 to enter PTC2.

thats where Allan Taylor winning £600 will benefit he got cash back for other PTC.
