Ye right Matt , trouble is Ronnie always plays out of his skin when they play , and even then Williams gives him a run for his money , but i think Mark can improve a little more .

It's fair to say the only two players that know how to beat Ronnie are infact Selby and Williams.

I think we should leve this thread now for the PTC, as what we are discussing currently has nothing to do with it!

Williams hasn't beaten O'Sullivan since the Thailand Masters in 2001/2, has lost their last ten meetings. Like hotpot said he just seems to bring the best out of Ronnie.

I love watching Williams and O,sullivan matches , neither of them hold back and it,s as if one is going all out to out pot the other . Probably the best atmosphere in that match than any other .

Apparently his match against Adam Duffy has been held over so they'll probably squeeze it in sometime tomorrow. Before 3pm of course when the winner is supposed to play against Nigel Bond.

in the original draw the prelim match was wattana vs duffy. thats why i think they noticed "oops, wattana is pro and should be seeded to last 128". luca brecel i think was playing in austria that weekend and was not able to come to sheffield.
as probably there will be some no-shows again, brecel vs duffy should find a free table in the early sessions
