I got the results through at 3.59am but I'm sure it finished a while before that!

OMG! The match was supposed to start at 9pm and I can’t remember when it’s actually started but I wonder if it’s not the longest best of 7 at least in pro event history (although PTCs are in fact pro-am competitions aren't they.... )

well done to andy hicks for reaching the q/finals. although lost to tom ford, andy is playing some of his best snooker for 3yrs im told.hopefully there is more to come.

Great win! A player, especially a main tour first-timer,would maybe feel paralysed by 1. such an opponent who 2. seemed in command during the first two frames but obviously, not Jack! And the frame scores tell the whole story> getting into the game, settling down, becoming more and more in control (big breaks in the last four frames!) so how shall I put it, WOW!....
