O'Sullivan, Carter pull out of PTC in Belgium
Ronnie O'Sullivan and Ali Carter have both withdrawn from the PTC event in Bruges, Belgium, which starts tomorrow, organizers have confirmed on their website www.snookerbelgium.com:
"The new World No.1, World Champion & World Open winner Neil Robertson will be playing in the ISCA Bruges Open looking to add another trophy to his ever growing collection. Neil will be joined by seven times World Champion Stephen Hendry in his quest to win the Bruge Open.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Ronnie O'Sullivan & Ali Carter won't be featuring in the tournament."
