draw was on WSA site an hour ago but has now been removed as they may have spotted some deliberate mistakes that need checking (like the top 4 seeds allocation which they've not done this time?!)

anyway it appears that the following 9 main tour pros are not taking part: J Higgins, S Maguire, S Murphy, J Burnett, B Pinches, Jm Jones, M Couch, P Davies, J Astley

How can a draw be made incorrectly?? More reason for the draw to be done live - as at SW Academy!!

Draw is now on World Snooker website.

93 of the 96 professionals have entered this event (94 if you count Liu Song as a pro at the moment). Not sure who the two are that have not entered, will try and find that out. In total, 161 players have entered this event - very good turnout. With lots of tournaments in such a short space of time, I expect these numbers to continue to grow.

Why was this draw changed?. When I saw it the other day Graeme Dott was to play Adrian Gunnell. Now it's Pagett for O'Sullivan, robertson and Selby lol. What the hell is going on?.

Well, apparently they buggered up the draw and had to re draw it.

I could have registered for a swearing contest!!!!....
I had made a nice old fashioned draw sheet only to see that it was all wrong and I had to delete all names and start anew!

When it comes to these draws of theirs, the lesson is not so much 'don't swear!' as 'don't rush!'

Welcome to the club. I had the same troubles with PTC1. They had completey redone the draw just a few days before the start and I had already set up all my scoring sheets for nothing...

you should be able to cut n paste the names off the pdf - then drop them into your excel file and sort into alphabetical order or whatever.

I can't think of another way other than typing the names in...

there are a few new names in ptc 5. We have the UAE players visiting so there's 4 of them in the draw.

I also notice Ahmed Aseery from Saudi Arabia in the draw as well.
