He is not in because he participate in less than 3 PTCs. Rules are rules you cannot looks over that, as the Grand Finals carrying ranking points as well.

But the draw sheet looks exactly like yesterday. Has anyone from the NGB site receive that information? Maybe I should re-phrase> has anyone from the said site asked for that information?
