  • Well, I for one would have liked to have seen the results published, with frame scores and high breaks and an apology issued for the disgraceful way that fans and media were left to their own devices to scrounge for results.
I am a supporter of Hearn and most of his policies but PTC5 was a bad weekend for them. They should have acknowledged that with an apology and the publishing of ALL results in full.

I couldn't agree more! In a perfect world, that would be elementary. But let's face it: worldsnooker.com and the idea of a perfect world have very, very little (if anything) in common.

I wouldn't say that. The PTC concept is a successful one regardless of certain genuine or 'politically' motivated whining from certain players. The website has never been the best in the world and, yes, the bosses must finally find out what is the nature of all these problems > technical error, human error or both. Lack of competence, lack of interest, lack of staff?

As long as those who (are supposed to) work there stick to the same communication techniques they used during the Walker regime, I wouldn't hold my breath!
