    Of course, it's a pity so many top players have withdrawn from EPTC5.
    Time will say if they were right.

    Some may struggle very soon to keep place in Top16.
    Many players have a lot of experience thanks to PTC competitions and they will be hard to beat in final rounds of qualifiers...

      First result of the day is Graeme Dott beating Judd Trump 4-0. Peter Lines is 3-0 up on Jimmy Michie, Mark allen 2-1 up on Stephen Lee, Tom Ford and John Higgins are 2-2, Paul Davison is 2-1 up on Joe Perry, Anthony Hamilton is 2-0 up on Ricky Walden, Shaun Murphy just about to go 3-1 up on Marcus Campbell and Barry Pinches is 3-1 up on Robert Milkins.

                It will be a great and strong semi lineup if higgins can get through quarter-final.

                          Graeme won the first frame and was 65-0 up in the second but Higgins pinched it and since then he has just not stopped scoring. 3-1 up now. Will be disapointed for Graeme if he loses but I suppose you have to hand it to Higgins for coming back so strongly.
