Stephen Hendry's 15 year old nephew, James Cahill, is playing Shaun Murphy on table 2 at the moment. He could have won the first frame, but for a timely fluke from Murphy, but he's now 2 - 0 down. Ya big bully Murphy!

There's a nice little article about Cahill here:

Good win for Mark Williams there,I doubt he wanted to go into the UK's laying so many eggs in the ptc's,due to play Yu Delu at 7 and Walden or King at 9.

Jimmy White and Peter Ebdon on table 2 at the moment, could be interesting.

White and Ebdon are really struggling atm. Both having position problems. Oh and Jim managed to lose the second frame after he was in control. Same old story.

I missed the details of the discussion on the Jimmy/Ebdon table .. what was the fuss all about, whether it was a free ball or not? Whether the yellow could be struck at both extreme edges? And the answer was yes it could, no free ball?

That was a free ball, tabb shouldnt of over ruled her decision. Theres ranking points at stake, and as sexy as she is, im still disappointed in her!

That was a poor decision to over turn the freeball. Tabb was referee and her decision should stand unless there is fact or 100% evidence contradicting the decision. Getting another ref in is fine but there was still no evidence to suggest Tabb was wrong, just 2 players and 2 refs with differing opinions.

Exactly, referees decision if supposed to be final.
