There seems to be some confusion as to whether it starts at 12 noon or 1 pm. Can anyone shed any light on this?

According to the EPG on my TV, it's 1pm till 5pm then 6pm till 10pm.

Does anyone know if you can already buy a ball set for Power Snooker? I checked the Saluc/Aramith website and there is no such product yet. Do the balls in Power Snooker have the same diameter as in normal snooker? If so then it's just a matter of buying several Power Balls for your entire club.

maybe this thing won't catch on and ruin televised snooker in the UK, the way 9 ball has done in the US. Used to it was a 2 or 3 hour straight pool match, anymore all you can find is an hour show with twenty minutes of commercials and only the highlights of the actual match.

na these gimmicks been tried before.

the Main Game spanked them all in to touch and will do the same with this.

Even 6 reds not being talked about much now they all come and they all go.

I like the format but just can't agree with people shouting out and joking when players are on the shot. It cheapens the event and won't appeal to sponsors for that reason. There has to be a degree of professionalism and where did they get that ref she can't even count???????????

she made more than one. As a professional ref I think you should be able to add. Thats what she gets paid for.

Heard a quick sports bulletin about this on the radio this affy. I have many questions. How long is it running? Are ITV4 covering the whole thing?

I have to say I'm with Renegade_56 when he says he hopes it doesn't catch on. I haven't seen any of it yet, but if the last few posts are anything to go by, it could well be the final nail in snooker's coffin
