Even O´Sullivans having trouble adapting to the shot clock. In the long run I get tired of the shot clock, seeing players missing balls they normally would knock in.

To put it in another way - does the shotclock really add anything to the Premier League or would people rather prefer to see it off? Personally, I would. I know the whole point of the shotclock is to induce faster play but as already mentioned, I'd rather like to see full play.

I think the shotclock just serves as an additional challenge to the professional's play. And that might explain the high prize of money available to win.

You could argue that this is what makes the tournament different from the others. The more I see of the shotclock tournaments the more I get convinced that it´s not the way to go with the ranking tournaments.

Are you sure they are the same tables as used in ranking tournaments by WSA?
