Thanks, yes, I saw that on the worldsnooker.com - today. Should have been there yesterday. Together with the list of the independent club winners!

They say the Dunfermline winner still remains to be confirmed....

All the winners from the Rileys club qualifying are now on the World Snooker website. Unfortuantely my name is not there but the person I lost to in the semis did win the event.

Many congrats to him, he played really well against me and I didn't really get a sniff of a chance.

Not bad to reach the semi finals though and I'm sure you'll go all the way through the qualifier next time, KashifK.

I did 'refresh' a few times: the Dunfermline winner still remains to be confirmed....

And if Gary Thomson is the Gary I know (Scotland's number 1 in 2001, number 2 in 2003), then they didn't write his name correctly..

            Hello!

Must be suspense Kev. That is, according to Wikipedia, a feeling of uncertainty and anxiety about the outcome of certain actions, most often referring to an audience's perceptions in a dramatic work. Suspense is not exclusive to fiction, though. Suspense may operate in any situation where there is a lead up to a big event or dramatic moment, with tension being a primary emotion felt as part of the situation.

The other explanation would be that nobody bothers to let the fans know what’s going on.

(Being French is no excuse for not knowing English Which is true the other way around as well....)
