I was watching it, Jimmy looked great and shudve went 4-0 up, looked a bit shaky after the break but never really looked like losing, ....Ebdon....your goin down!!!

Was watching too, and he cued as good as ever in first 4 frames. It got a bit sluggish, but he did the job. Good ranking points, and bring on ebdon. (Loved the long red and long pink to go 4-1 up)!!

So far Xiao Guodong and Michael White have made three 100 breaks in the first four frames. Amazing.

White´s really fast around the table. It will be interesting to watch him in the Shoot Out. Probably the second fastest player after Drago.

Andy Hicks 5 Alan McManus 4 frame 9 score 65-64 to Andy Hicks don't know what Alan was saying to Andy at the end of the match, but it did not seam nice. also Anothony Hamilton beat Joe Swail 5-4 in a match which went on til after midnight, getting to the last 64 may help Joe keep in the top 64 a win would had helped him more but well done Anthony on the win.

Is the draw for the main event in numerical order to the qualifiers? If so Jimmy is due to meet Stuart Bingham and Michael White v John Higgins should they win.

Yes bit unlucky for Xaio when Michael flucked the red after a foul, would have meant Xaio could have won the frame if Michael never flucked the red, The draw is Numerical order for the main event so Jimmy will play stuart Bingham and Michael white John Higgins if both should win today
