All 6 games on the live stream today include an Asian player. Not sure how I feel about that... The fact that it's the China Open is completely irrelevant (the stream doesn't prioritise UK players during the UK qualifiers...)

Sometimes it feels like World Snooker are bending over backwards to please the Chinese.

Aditya Mehta takes the first Frame Against Anthony McGill skillwise that could be a huge shock also one nil leads for Mark Joyce, Xiao Guodong (The Chinese Number 3) And Jimmy Robertson

Just switched on in time to see the latter half of Cao Yupeng's 123 break, it should really have been 130 but he smashed the black which consequently didn't go in. Drago's taken the next frame now in quick time, as usual, so it's 1 - 1 then.

Great stuff, expected to see the end of a match, not an 8pm start. Not that I expect this one to take very long, neither of these two seem much interested in a tactical battle.

Another century for Yupeng, 118 this time, and it's 4 all at the MSI. Good match.

                    What d'you mean? He's won three frames, with a 123, a 118 and a 82, that's not too bad is it?

So it finishes 5 - 3 to Yupeng, and with another century to boot. Very well played.

Cao Yupeng was really fast and played some good fluent snooker as well. Great game but sad Drago had to go out.
