The Nugget just made it through to yet another WC Final. A hard fought win against Nigel Bond. As it was and now still is, come the World Championship, come Steve Davis.

So were on for a repeat of either '84 (18-16 Davis) or '89 (18-3), with a session to spare. Still the only time the final has been won in three sessions.

What a guy! Still doing the business after 30 years!

Great to see these 3 guys reaching the business end of the world again, hats off to the 3 of them, hopefully it will be a repeat of that fantastic '84 final, with jimmy hopefully getting revenge, and being crowned world champion at last!

Surely the final was won in three sessions in the 1983 and 1993 Championships as well?

Slower match start for Jimmy but he made a 97 in the fourth frame and it looks like a Davis vs. White final. Again.

I can confirm that live scoring has been working throughout this tournament and has not been down at any time.
