Yes, you got it right. And i predicted maguire will win this tournament. What a fool i am.
Hehe...who believed that Mark Davis and Jamie Burnett would play against each other in the quarter-final?

Funny that, there are those who say it was a great match. Never saw it myself, just glad Graeme won.
Great match
Well, I have never played snooker myself and I could take a beginner with me, play a first to five, and end up with the scoreline of 5-4.
Does it enough for the making of a great match?
All the way Mark J!!

Williams crashes out.Really poor display from him today..
Dott should never ever win another match with what he showed in this match, though.
I watched the match from 3-2 for Dott, and i ensure you it was a very entertaining match. in frame 7 Greame missed the frame ball when it looked like he'll make a century and broke off on 67 with 75 on the table. Williams had the frame on his mercy, but missed the black off the last red leaving the yellow on for Greame to pinch the frame. In frame 9 Greame made a brilliantly controlled break of 70, but was unlucky not to get on a frame ball red after the split. Eventually a poor safety from Mark let Greame clinch the frame and match.
It was a great match really. Don't let the loss of your favorite player ruin your Bayram Hollyday
I thought it was pretty entertaining as well. Dott played some decent snooker. I don't think he will necessarily go out in the next round, especially if he can still raise his game a bit.

That's China for you, you can never tell.
Davis did beat two top16 players on his way. But from Burnett's point of view, he could get to the SF as a qualifier, without playing a single seeded player. I'm sure that's never happened in any tournament I've seen, not even close. But you take what you can get.

I just didn't think that players were as sharp as they could have been. But I
liked frame six, when a enjoyable safety duel was on.
Maybe I'm just disappointed at what I saw from MJW.
Actually I'm already in holliday, so Bayram is not giving away extra days off this year

Mark made a good 80+ break in frame 8 but otherwise it was a disappointment from him scoring-wise, his safety was pretty good. He never got used to the table. His last pot attempt in the decider was suicidal, do-or-die shot. But that's the Mark Williams I like, he's a very brave player and not afraid of losing like some lesser players. Although he could've played safe this time.
I think dott played very well actually, his safety was excellent. He can go all the way.

Yes Well done Mark Davis his first victory over Maguire in 8 career meetings, good luck to him with the rest of the tornament as well that should bring him close to a top 16 spot as and a place at the Masters
