It's 2-2 between Cope and Dott, they've just gone to the interval.

The latest frame scores are on the Draw page of World Snooker. Looks like they ditched the faulty live scoring

          • Well... Dott is not playing well at the moment, he trails Cope 2-4.

Burnett had a bunch of chances to make it 2-3, but it's gone 4-1 to Davis.

            • A pity that, Graeme looked badly out of sorts. But not a bad start to the season. Hopefully he will build on that.

                • MDavis v Burnett

What a fantastic start by Mark, Burnett did not have any chances.
But then Burnett pulled his socks up and turned it around from 4-1 down to a cool 4-5 win! Gritty play that turned around at a good snooker by Burnett in the 5 frame.
I have never really seen much of Burnett, apart from his jerky cue-action, he played very well and potted some very high pressure balls.
Well done to Burnett, his first ranking semi-final.
Against Cope, interesting combination of styles.
                  Up the TSF! :snooker:

                  • Impressive display from Burnett! He showed some character to come back like that. Must be a big blow for M. Davis but Burnett earned his win.

Cope v Dott wasn't exactly of such high quality I expected but some good snooker here and there. Graeme seemed a little out of sorts, indeed. All in all I think Cope is playing a bit more maturely and doesn't throw frames away so easily.

I said "underestimate Burnett at your peril." He is the (dark horse) in this tournament and could well go all the way..

Then why have you just put him down to get beat by Cope in the next round

Because i would rather see Cope in the final if truth be told..
