Matthew Stevens cueaction

I was watching a few matches of him this week, and its very nice to see him playing well again.
im a little bothered with his cue action. his cue seems to act as a 'wave' during his back-swings. Im sure its the right way for him, but i did see him missing quite a few long shots by quite some distance..
as i was writing it, he had just missed a medium distance red vs carter (fr.7, 59-0).
so is it just me or?...
