Indeed - Mon Mags! (45-34 to him in the first frame atm.)

      • According to Globalsnooker Harold won 5-3 not 5-4.

Best make that clear as I predicted 5-3.

Yes I've just re-marked the predictions after initially going along with the BBC Snooker webpage results, which state 5-4.

          Everything is under contro

                • What a frame - last black decides.... both miss it

Edit: that was Davis - O'Brien 1-0 now

Davis did. On the black, but it was very interesting for a while there, well played by both.

That snooker that FOB set up, did the ref just call foul?

Looks like Mags is going 2 up too

                    • Yep was a good end to the frame - O'Brien had an argument with the ref for about 3 minutes because a miss wasn't called. Davis sat there oblivious with his poker face.

                      O'Brien looks in better form.

Yes, he didn't give a miss, though FOB wanted one obviously, but the ref was satisfied that Davis had given his best. I think it really upset FOB...

It is now 1-1 and Carter leads 1-0, on a break of 1, in the third, as I write.
