Way to go Matthew! This made my day! I am surprised tho.. never thought Matthew would whitewash Neil.. Would have loved to see the match.
Kendo out.. this is not good for my predictions ...but congrats for Dale are in order . For Hendo too.

John Higgins v Mark Selby
Stuart Bingham v Stuart Pettman
Dave Harold v Steve Davis
Adrian Gunnell v Dominic Dale
Ian McCulloch v Ryan Day
Matthew Stevens v Stephen Maguire
Stephen Hendry v Stephen Lee
Ding Junhui v Graeme Dott
Not many people would have picked that as the last 16. Good chance for the lower ranked players (Gunnell, Pettman, Dale, Harold) to catch up with the leading pack.

Today's highlights, as far as I am concerned: Michael Holt:to be delivered a knuckle sandwich. For the beautiful way he came back and for the terrible cock-up in the final frame. Graeme Dott: hats off for the final green. Ian McCulloch: unspeakably well done to have sent Murphy home 5-2! Matthew Stevens: wonderful. Just...wonderful. Now...long way ahead.
Dale about his new blonde hairstyle: "It took about three hours but the hairdresser had Steve Davis playing on the TV so I knew I'd have something to watch the whole time."
I haven't been able to watch much snooker today, and from what I understand no-one were able to see Matt v Neil, but WOW was I happy to find the results now!
YAYYYY!!!! MATTHEW DID IT!
Didn't expect him to whitewash Neil though....wonder what happened there. I really hope it was Matt playing really well and not Neil being in a coma
Let's just hope he beats Mags too (sorry, I like Mags, but not when he's playing Matt)
