I think he's just playing like he had played all this week, and also getting the run of the balls as they say. Definitely he is playing one of the best snooker seen on this tournament.

I'd say Dominic is a tad better in safeties at the moment, so even if he's getting out of position (after trying to split the pack etc.), he's getting the chance for another break from Ryan

Looks a bit like how the Welsh Open final went. Ryan Day like Robertson went 6-2 up playing well before Dale and Higginson have then gone out and chanced their arm and have gone into the lead. However the pressure like it was for Higginson will now be on Dale and it will be interesting to see if he can deal with it.

everybody can have a bad session, so I guess Dominic had it this morning. and if he wins, nobody can say he's not played the best snooker in this tournament. but the match is not over now, I'm sure Ryan has not had his last word in it
