Ding seems to be f**** up beyond all repair. Where's the brilliant kid he used to be prior to that Masters final. He can't pot long balls at all these days and his safety seems to be worse than Liang Wenbo's

Well Wenbo is playing way better than Ding these days, thats a fact. Since that Masters final he aint been the same..i never thought it can take so long to build up his confidence again and play like in good old days ..if hell ever do that.

Harold was 2/1 to beat him. A gift considering their rankings. Obviously, Ding has been off form for a while now, but even a couple of years ago he used to struggle in some of the qualifiers and be quite inconsistent. He would win a tournament and then fail to qualify for the next.

Chance for Harold to win frame and match.

I don't think it was only that final, rather an accumulation of a lot of things (media pressure, homesickness etc.) up to a point where he just couldn't take it anymore.
In any case, Wenbo is far more fun to watch than Ding
