Extremely unlikely - this is the first decent run he's had for ages. He'd be doing well just to maintain a top 32 spot - as before this he was provisionally well out of it !

I don't quite see Steve making it into the top 16, but then again I wouldn't rule it out entirely. Should stay in the top 32 at least which is more than I expected at one point.

Jamie Cope insisting on trying a 147 when it clearly wasn't on. Still he took 2 very hard blacks but missed a red leaving 6 of them on the table. Mark took on gained a free ball and went on to steal the frame 85-76. Brilliant stuff from Williams there.
