    spot on lol

but it wasent as comfortable as the score suggest...

after 7 frames Gilbert could easily be 4-3 up.

Good nervy clearance by Liang, after trailing 63-0. Well done, Liang and well done Spike for correctly predicting the match score!

Hm, I don't know. By the way Gilbert is playing at the moment, it doesn't look like he's really settled down and saying that he hasn't played a particularly good cannon into the pack so he's forced to take the safety.
Liang is also not playing at his best but he does seem to be the more comfortable of the two. If it becomes 3-1, I'd say it'll be 5-1.

EDIT: Haha, I made a mistake! I really meant to say that I think it will be 5-1 to Liang! . I don't know why I wrote 5-4.

I think they were gambling that we would see Doherty against Robertson and Dott against O'Sullivan anyway, while the two Chinese players were arguably expected to only play this one match.

Showing a good local player in what could be expected to be a hard fought battle is a very reasonable choice.
yes its natrual and im sorry for calling you patranizing didnt meen it in the way it came over

but i think china has moved on and watching Ken Doherty is more apealing than watching local players against un recognisable faces.

but im more interested in best match ups on paper and i did think Pengfei v Higginson was a worthy TV Match with Pengfei experianced on the main tour...

but my point is across the world watching Ronnie v a jerneyman isnt as apealing than watching Selby v Higgins but we all know whitch match they will show

as it turned out Pengfei played well but thats more luck than judgement.
