A good tournament or not

With this world cup will there be more than one player representing each nation?

I'd like to see a home nations tournament with England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland having a captain, and each captain has to pick 3 players from his nation to play. All matches have a shot clock.

It'd be great to see the World Cup re-introduced but selection must be done by rankings, to be fair. The last proper World Cup was held in Bangkok in 1996 (I think) and was one of the greatest snooker events EVER!

Hopefully teams will be based on rankings. That would mean Murphy, Carter and Selby for England.
