Poor display from Williams, he seemed a bit careless here and there. Didn't take his chances properly. But Ding made a great clearance at the end, deserved to win as much as Mark deserved to lose.

After all, it was an exciting match as MJW made a bit of comeback there but I expected a lot more from him.

Yea, they all are seeds. But I understand that he meant that all the players ranked higher according to the seeded list have been beaten by lower seeded\ranked players

He wasn't playing all that well tbh, but you have to admire his fighting spirit even when 2-5 down :snooker:
I didn't watch all of it but the bit I saw, Mark was very unlucky in a number of shots and Ding took his chances very well.
