      This New Fine was if the PLAYER CLEANS THE CUEBALL....I think"!!

      John Parrot was saying this Week when Cueball was Wiped with Certain Substance it was Reacting Differently More Responce!

      What I dont Understand about this is Both Players are Striking the SAME CUEBALL!.....So there would be No Advantage as the Cueball will React the same for Both Players!!

        Well Alex will be turning in his grave - bless him... Do you remember how he used to lick the Cue Ball in-between frames??? I had to laugh when I did some exhibitions with Alex and Ian McCulloch a few years ago - Higgins did exactly that before a frame. He was just how you'd expect, but in frail health - still knocked in 73 the first night and 82 the night after...
