  • £50 for over 50 break

I don't know whether this has been posted elsewhere but I didn't know that Saga have offered £50 for every break over 50 in the tournament to be donated to Paul Hunters Charity - I think this is a nice gesture, let's hope it raises a lot of money.

Looks like they're already 400 odd quid poorer.

This is an excellent gesture from the sponsors and they deserve a huge pat on the back for it.

Come on guys, keep those big breaks coming!

Hopefully the players know all about this too so they make that extra effort to get over the 50 mark when the frame is already won

If I count right, so far until yesterday (after Ding vs Ebdon), there are 54 breaks over 50+.

And, there is total of 18 such breaks in Ding's two matches. It is 1/3 of all 50+ breaks.

So, it is a nice amount of money for the Paul Hunter Charity.

That's good idea, but they need to give as much money as break is
Or 50 for 50 break and more, and 100 for century and more
