Hurrah! Maguire finally gets a bit of luck!

Its remarkable how many times Ronnie has missed and then they've ran safe or even created a snooker. Come on Maguire, hopefully the luck is now turning.

Yes, I said this about the Doherty match as well. He is one of the luckiest players I've ever seen. A lot of his fans probably don't notice it because they only appreciate how good he is when he performs well but he has a lot of the run of the ball in most of his matches.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune, I just read about it on the other thread. At least you can be happy in a way that you avoided being here and actually watching this rubbish live

            Ronnie misses black - 3-2

Maguire makes another error but finally gets away with it

Don't know if its been mentioned or if anyone knows but are the table heaters on this table? It seems a bit slower than I've seen in previous tournaments and the players seem to struggle to reach the baulk cushion when playing safety shots.

Well, the fact maguire got four frames in that form is a sad indicment on O'Sullivans form. Ding as an underdog? Hello large bet.

Both players didn't play their best. It was kind of a dissapointing semi-final. Should be a good final though.

Yep ..not the best match ever ...they both missed a lot , Mags at least.. wasn't his night at all. But there was a very nice 130 break , the highest in this round if i am not wrong ..., not to mention that i am more than happy with the winner .

I hope it will be a great final !

So did Ronnie and Stephen. Ronnie was "embarrassed" and Stephen said the last time he missed so many balls was when he was 10. So well...There were some good moments apart from the 130 break - a difficult clearance in the 4th I think, some 70's and 80's...On the whole though...I've seen better.
